We have carried out further testing of this here and can replicate the MagicDMX stopping working after around 2 hours on OSX 11.0 Big Sur. After checking online, it seems there is a bug in the OS of Big Sur where HID USB devices are known to do this - unfortunately it then leaves us in the hands of Apple to resolve this bug on their end.
